I washed the car and then did a clay bar followed by a thorough rinse. I dried the car and parked it in the garage for an hour to let it dry more. After an hour I wiped it down again with a microfiber cloth. I applied the coating to the applicator pad with the cloth. The first coat too me 2 hours. I wiped it on horizontally and then vertically and waited about 5 minutes and buffed it off till the haze was gone. I rested for about 45 minutes and then applied the second coat. The second coat took me 1 hour. I did larger sections. For example, I did the whole hood before buffing it. The third-tenth coat took me 1 hour a piece. Each coat took around 1/2 a bottle, so I was able to do 2 coats per bottle. My car is hyper-gloss shiny. I checked it after the 3rd coat outside and I was also hyper shiny. It’s pretty crazy how wet the body looks. I have tested it with water and the water does not stick to the car at all. The way it repels the water is like it has a force field on the car. I am very happy with this product. I am hoping the coating lasts a very long time. I am very happy with the coating and I would suggest you purchase it. It’s a steal at this price. I have not tried other coatings, so I don’t know how it compares, but it does work as advertised. I applied this to my 2013 Camaro.
